Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

1. For small orders up to 2 kg we are using a 2nd class Royal Mail.

2. Orders above that weight are send with other couriers.

3. For order processing we are require up to 2 working days so usually our clients receive they order within 3-4 working days.

4. We are accepting returns up to 14 days so if you not happy with the product please send it back with your order number on the original packaging. We do not cover return cost. Money usually are refunded within 3-4 working days to original payment method. Shipping cost are deducted.

5. If your order is delivered incomplete please contact us immediately.
